Because we handle this site as the search engine for unions or alliances only owned by Japanese. Those union or alliance intend to get the fellows who can approve their main assertion. And almost all the assertions are written in Japanese. Therefore we think that they will think you have no qualification to join and maybe don't welcome your entry. Please understand us.
